It’s Wednesday yet again and therefore it’s time for another WWW Wednesday! Last week has been quite productive in terms of finishing books, which means I’m falling behind on book reviews. But I’ll be fine, they will be up as soon as possible. Anyway, how has my reading week been?
WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words, where bloggers share the books that they’ve recently finished, what they are currently reading and what books they are planning to read next. Essentially you have to answer three questions (the Three Ws): What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What do you think you’ll read next? Since I’m a mood reader, you have to take my last W with a grane of salt though. So, let’s take a look into my 3 W’s, shall we?
What are you currently reading?
At the moment I’m in between books. I wanted to set my April TBR first before deciding what to pick, but I have chosen Glow of the Everflame by Penn Cole. It isn’t on this month’s TBR, but I’m just feeling like reading it now.
What did you recently finish reading?
As stated before, I finished several books last week. Two of them were finished on Wednesday, this is merely a coincidence. I finished Red Flags by Robin Venn on my morning commute, and Sunrise on the Reaping by Suzanne Collins on my evening one. The first book won’t be reviewed as it’s a Dutch one and therefore doesn’t make any sense to discuss on this blog. The other book will be reviewed soon. After, I picked up Dragon Rider by Taran Matharu. This book has seen multiple TBR posts and now I finally knocked it off that huge pile of mine. It took me quite some time to finish, so I read some lighter novel alongside it. This was The Forgotten Garden by Sharon Gosling which I finished on Sunday. On Monday I also finished Dragon Rider, so I picked up The Reality of Everything by Rebecca Yarros. This is the fifth and final book in the “Flight & Glory” series which I thoroughly enjoyed. This much even that I finished it on Monday night.
What do you think you’ll read next?
I just published my April TBR, so I will be reading one of these books next. The queue says Prodigy by Marie Lu, but my mood now says The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater or Terms and Conditions by Lauren Asher.
What book should I pick up next according to you?
