The Sunday Post is a blog news meme hosted @ Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received.

In life

Well, it was time for me to go back to work. It was an ordinary workweek and I thought I was doing well physically, but I fellasleep on the couch a number of nights. I think this is also the curtacy of this fall weather we have in July, because this is unusual behaviour for me. The only night I managed to stay awake was Wednesday, it was really bright and sunny then till sunset. On Wednesday it was also the semi finals for the Euros and we lost. Not that I watched it, but still.

Going back to work also means more reading time! I find myself reading more when I’m working than when I’m on leave. I picked up Mile High by Liz Tomforde and also finished it. I also listened to more of Empire of Storms, but somehow I just can’t seem to move on in this book. I could when I read it for the first time. Maybe it’s because it’s summer and I’m bad with huge fantasy chonkers in this time of year. That doesn’t explain my speedy progress on Fonda Lee’s Jade Legacy however, I started it on Wednesday and am already 66% through. I’m writing this post on Saturday, so it could be more when this post is published. I’m considering starting another shorter and lighter read inbetween, because I’m short on blog content LOL. I don’t have any reviews left to write as I’m fuly caught up. To be continued!

  1. Sounds like a good week, apart from the weather!

  2. I’m about to start on a re-read of Empire of Storms too, I’m trying a tandem read with Tower of Dawn! Hope you have a great week!

  3. At least there are good things about going back to work! LOL. I hope you can get some rest soon and feel more awake. I’m always tired, so I definitely know how that feels.

Thanks for visiting my TTT post a few weeks ago. I’m late to reply, but I appreciate you coming by and commenting!
