WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words, where bloggers share the books that they’ve recently finished, what they are currently reading and what books they are planning to read next. Essentially you have to answer three questions (the Three Ws): What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What do you think you’ll read next? Since I’m a mood reader, you have to take my last W with a grane of salt though. So, let’s take a look into my 3 W’s, shall we?

What are you currently reading?

Last week, I totally neglected my read of Things We Left Behind by Lucy score. Now I come back to it, but it keeps me cringing more and more with every single page. I really enjoyed the previous books in this series, but this one is such a letdown in comparison to them. The main characters have been supportive characters in the previous books, but they don’t work really well as main characters. I find their interactions, and not only between them, really immature. I think I will just finish it for the sake of finishing it, because I am still hoping that there will be some depth.

Furthermore, I am listening to The Four Winds by Kristen Hannah. I haven’t read a book by this author for a few years and this one has been on the TBR for a good while now. I am not too far in, so I can’t say what I think about it yet.

What did you recently finish reading?

The one and only correct answer here is House of Flame and Shadow by Sarah J. Maas. And I really loved it! My review will be up tomorrow.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Honestly, my book hangover is real, so I have no clue. I know this is one of my standard answers on this question, but it is still the truth.
