The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer’s permission, Billy @ Ramblings Of A Coffee Addicted Writer relaunched the hop on February 15, 2013. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.

It really depends on the type of book. It usually takes longer to finish a fantasy than when I’m reading a romance or historical fiction novel for instance. However, it depends on several factors though. How is the writing style? Is it a shorter or a longer book? Are the characters likeable? Is the story interesting enough? So it differs a lot but it usually takes me 2 or 3 days. However, a week (or longer!) is getting more and more common lately though. Especially now when we transition into the darker days where I always, always fall asleep on the sofa after dinner.
