Goodreads Monday is a meme hosted by Emily @ Budget Tales Bookblog. The purpose of this meme is to talk all things Goodreads like you want, but it mainly is used to highlight a book that has been on your TBR. My Goodreads TBR is long, so without further ado, here’s my pick for the week.

I already mentioned this week’s pick in the title, but it’s Legends & Lattes by Travis Baldree. I’ve been seeing this book literally everywhere and I always thought it was a romance novel, which are all over the place nowadays because of Booktok. And let’s be honest, most romance novels that are popular on there are not the best ones in terms of quality. So, I stayed as far from this book as possible. That was until I found out that this is the first installment in a fantasy series. Okay, let’s check it out then. The synopsis sounded that intriguing and the reviews are that positive that I put it on my TBR and immediately bought it.
